Ann Sterbinsky Domagala, 96, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 8, 2018. She was born in Mocanaqua, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late John and Mary Malitoris. Mrs. Domagala was a resident of Manville, NJ for the past 72 years. She worked for the RCA Corporation in Bridgewater, NJ for 24 years before retiring. Prior to that she had worked at American Cyanamid in Bound Brook, NJ. " Annie" as she was known by so many was a very loving, caring, giving and dedicated person to all her family, friends and community. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. Mrs. Domagala was a member, past president and chaplain of the Thomas J. Kavanaugh V.F.W. Post #2290 Ladies Auxiliary in Manville, NJ. She also was in charge of the Voice of Democracy Program for the V.F.W. Post #2290 for 25 years. Mrs. Domagala was also a member of both the Manville Seniors and the Hillsborough Seniors Chapter A. She was an avid card player and enjoyed doing water aerobics. Mrs. Domagala was a member of Christ the King Church (Christ the Redeemer Parish) in Manville, NJ and was also a member of their Altar Rosary Society. She is predeceased by her first husband Joseph J. Sterbinsky and by her second husband Walter Domagala. She is also predeceased by nine sisters and by her one brother. She is survived by her son Joseph F. Sterbinsky of California and by her daughter Ann Marie Demlein and her husband Tom of Massachusetts and by a sister Malvina Conrad of Mocanqua, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her three cherished grandchildren Matthew Demlein and his wife Melissa, Brian Demlein and his wife Meghan and Sara Obit and her husband Ryan and by her three great-grandchildren Kristen Demlein, Joshua Demlein and Conrad Demlein. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and great-nephews and great-nieces to many to name but much loved. The viewing will be on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 3 to 7 PM at the Ketusky Funeral Home, 1310 Brooks Blvd., Manville, NJ. The Funeral will be on Thursday, February 15, 2018 8:30 AM from the Ketusky Funeral Home followed by a 10:00 AM Mass at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 34 Yorktown Road, Millstone Borough, Hillsborough, NJ.
