Frances "Nancy" Tomish Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Frances "Nancy" Tomish, 85 died Tuesday July 15, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center at Somerset in Somerville, NJ. She was born in Manville, NJ the daughter of the late John and Margaret Tomish. Miss Tomish was a lifelong resident of Manville, NJ. She worked at the Redfern Lace Company, Diehl Manufacturing Company and then for the Burroughs Corporation in Warren, NJ where she retired from after 21 years of service. She then worked in sales at Shepards in Manville, NJ. Miss Tomish enjoyed spending time with her family and shopping. She also loved to travel and especially her cross country trip. Miss Tomish was an active member of Christ The King Roman Catholic Church in Manville, NJ. She is predeceased by a sister Margaret VanHorn, a brother Leonard Tomish and by a nephew Allan Wayne VanHorn. She is survived by a brother Joseph Tomish of Manville, NJ and by several nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews. She is also survived by a brother-in-law Alan VanHorn of Pennsylvania and by a sister-in-law Maryann Tomish of Pennsylvania. The viewing will be on Thursday July 17, 2014 from 4 to 8 PM at the Ketusky Funeral Home, 1310 Brooks Blvd., Manville, NJ. (908)575-8512. The Funeral will be on Friday July 18, 2014 8:15 AM from the Ketusky Funeral Home followed by a 9:00 AM Mass at Christ The King Roman Catholic Church in Manville, NJ.
