Leonard S. Jacukowicz Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Leonard S. Jacukowicz, 78 died Thursday March 10, 2011 at home. He was born in Dickson City, Pennsylvania the son of the late Vincent and Anna Jacukowicz. He was a resident of Hillsborough, NJ for the past 50 years. Mr. Jacukowicz served his Country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a machinist-press operator for the Taylor Forge Company in Branchburg, NJ for 25 years. He was a member of the Somerville American Legion Post #12. Some of his interests were model ship building, woodworking and drawing. He also enjoyed bowling. Mr. Jacukowicz was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Manville, NJ. He was predeceased by a son Vincent Jacukowicz in 1980. He was also predeceased by brothers Henry, Edward, Joseph, Chester and Francis Jacukowicz and by a sister Genevieve Jacukowicz. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Dolores Jacukowicz of Hillsborough, NJ, his sons Joseph Jacukowicz and his wife Robin of Hillsborough, NJ and Leonard S. Jacukowicz and his wife Linda of Pittstown, NJ, brothers Bernard Jacukowicz of Dickson City, PA., and Stanley Jacukowicz of Dickson City, PA, and a sister Antoinette Jacukowicz also of Dickson City, PA.. He is also survived by his granddaughter Danielle Jacukowicz. The viewing will be on Monday March 14, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the Ketusky Funeral Home, 1310 Brooks Blvd., Manville, NJ.
