Charlotte Theresa Snow

Charlotte Theresa Snow (née Fiduk), age 72, passed away peacefully in her home on April 10, 2025, in Manville, New Jersey after a 7-year courageous fight with mantle cell lymphoma, and with the love of her life by her side. Born on February 15, 1953, in Somerville, New Jersey, Charlotte was a lifelong resident and devoted member of the Manville community. She was a proud and active parishioner of Christ the Redeemer Church in Manville, where her faith and dedication were evident in every aspect of her life. For many years, she served as the Director of Religious Education at the parish, guiding generations of children through their spiritual milestones. Whether she was preparing students for their First Communion, fitting angel wings for the Christmas children’s Mass, running the pizza fritz stand at the summer festival, or making pierogi in the church basement, Charlotte gave her time and heart generously. She was a recipient of The Diocese Of Metuchen's Regina Nostra Medal in recognition of Outstanding Service to The Church of Metuchen. Her presence was a cornerstone of parish life. She shared a beautiful life with her beloved husband, John. Together they created a home filled with laughter, love, and adventure. One of Charlotte’s greatest joys was road-tripping with John whether visiting family in New Hampshire or relaxing at Cuz’s camp in Maine. These trips were more than vacations; they were cherished moments that reflected their deep bond and shared love for family. Charlotte is lovingly remembered by her daughter Cynthia Snow and son-in-law Travis Nelson, along with their sons Milo and Liam Nelson; and by her son Jonathan Snow and daughter-in-law Jocelyn Snow, along with their sons Richard and Joshua Wojtech. Her love extended warmly to each member of this extensive blended family. She is also survived by her brother Ed Fiduk and sister-in-law Sue Fiduk; nieces and nephews Jason Fiduk (wife Gemma Fiduk and daughter Mabel Fiduk), Mathew Fiduk, and Samantha Fiduk as well as her sister-in-law Nancy Fiduk; nephew Francis Fiduk (wife Danielle Fiduk and children Caleb & Hailey Fiduk); nephew Thomas Fiduk (fiancée Milagros Ayala); and niece Michele Fiduk. Charlotte is survived by her sisters-in-law, Suzanne Snow and Madeleine Snow as well as her brother-in-law Chris Toy and his husband Alan Amos, and her beloved nieces & nephew: Emmie Toy (and her children, Nua Toy-Giles, Kayla Clark-Toy and Tyler Clark-Toy) Fred Connarn (and his sons Fred & Andy Connarn) and Joanna Ruth (and husband Matthew Ruth and sons James & Maxwell Ruth) Charlotte was predeceased by her parents, Theresa and Frank Fiduk, as well as her brother Frank Fiduk Jr. and her sister-in-law Theresa Snow Toy, whose memories she carried dearly. Those who knew Charlotte will remember her as sarcastic and hilarious—her wit always sharp but never unkind. She had an unmistakable warmth that drew people to her: kind-hearted, giving, genuine to the core. Her love for butterflies mirrored the lightness she brought into others’ lives—a symbol of transformation that now carries new meaning for those mourning her loss. She treasured beach days spent with her dear friend Carol—moments filled with sunshine, conversation, and laughter that echoed long after the tide rolled out. The visitation will be on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ketusky Funeral Home, 1310 Brooks Blvd., Manville, NJ 08835. The Funeral will be on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 8:00 AM from the Ketusky Funeral Home followed by a 9:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at Christ the Redeemer Parish (Sacred Heart Church) in Manville, New Jersey. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough, NJ. Charlotte’s legacy lives on through every life she touched—with compassion in service, joy in friendship, devotion to faith, and boundless love for family. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.
