Nunziatina S. Di Tunnariello

On July 22, 2023, Nunziatina S. Di Tunnariello (Nancy), loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away at the age of 92. Nunziatina was born on April 6, 1931, in Naples, Italy, and lived in Brooklyn, NY, East Brunswick, NJ, and Bound Brook, NJ. Nunziatina married the love of her life, Raimondo Di Tunnariello on August 14, 1955, in Naples, Italy, before starting their family and making a cross-continental move to Brooklyn, NY. At a young age Nunziatina served as a midwife in Naples, Italy, and was later known for her large holiday gatherings in Brooklyn, NY, filled with multiple tables lined with homecooked traditional Italian dishes and desserts. Nunziatina is predeceased by her parents, Gennaro and Assunta Scotto D’Aniello, her husband Raimondo Di Tunnariello, her son Ciro (Anna) Di Tunnariello, and siblings Michele (Paolina) Scotto D’Aniello, Vincenzo (Rosaria) Scotto D’Aniello, Domenico (Paula) Scotto D’Aniello, Salvatore (Marion) Scotto D’Aniello, Adele Scotto D’Aniello, Maria Scotto D’Aniello, and Lucia Scotto D’Aniello. Nunziatina is survived by her son, Jerry (Annunziata) Di Tunnariello, her grandchildren Nancy Di Tunnariello, AnnaMarie (Christopher) Affinito, Raymond (Carolina) Di Tunnariello, Maria (Dylan) Roll, Linda Di Tunnariello, and Raimondo Di Tunnariello, great-grand children Christopher Matthew Affinitio Jr., Dominick Earl Roll, Jonathan David Natal Jr., Gia Cira Affinito, and Leonardo Gennaro Roll, her sister Concettina (Renato) Scotto Di Minico, and many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, and family members. The visitation will be on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 from 4 to 8 PM at the Ketusky Funeral Home, 1310 Brooks Blvd., Manville, NJ 08835. The Funeral will be on Thursday, July 27, 2023 8:00 AM from the Ketusky Funeral Home followed by a 9:30 AM Mass at St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, 470 Rydres Lane, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Burial Park, 840 Cranbury South River Road, Jamesburg, NJ 08831. Nunziatina requested no flowers be sent on her behalf.
